Ingredients
340g
pack Jus-Rol Croissants dough
1/2Tbsp.
Dijon mustard, plus extra to serve, optional
18
raw cocktail sausages
Directions
Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6 and line a large baking tray with baking parchment. Unroll dough on to a work surface. Slice through the dotted lines to separate the 6 triangles. Next, slice each triangle into ⅓s lengthways to make 18 thin triangles.
Step 2Brush the tops of the triangles with mustard, then place a raw cocktail sausage at the base of each. Roll up the triangles from the sausage end and place on the lined tray, spacing slightly apart.
Step 3Cook for 15min, or until golden and piping hot. Allow to cool for 2min before serving. Serve with extra Dijon mustard, if you like.
GET AHEAD Assemble up to 5hr ahead, but don’t garnish. Loosely cover or transfer to an airtight container and chill. Complete recipe to serve.
