Directions
Step 1In a small pan, gently heat sugar, rosemary and 75ml cold water, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat, bring to the boil, then remove from heat and leave to cool and infuse for at least 4hr (or overnight). Strain into a clean jar, cover and chill until needed.
Step 2To serve, in a jug mix the rosemary syrup with the cranberry juice drink and gin (see intro). Divide between 8 martini or coupe glasses and top up with the chilled Prosecco. Garnish each glass with a small rosemary sprig with a fresh cranberry skewered on the end, if you like.
