Step 1Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan) mark 5. For the filling, in a rough 1.5 litre ovenproof serving dish, gently mix all the ingredients.
Step 2For the topping, finely chop
the pistachios and put into a
medium bowl. Alternatively, pulse
in a food processor until fi nely
chopped. Add the butter and
flour and rub in/pulse until the
mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Mix/pulse in the sugar and white
chocolate until just combined.
Step 3Dot the topping over the filling
and bake for 35min, or until
the topping is golden. Serve.
