In a large wok heat 60ml (21/2fl oz) oil over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
Step 2
Add garlic; fry for 30sec. Tip into a medium bowl (reserve wok) and mix in orange zest, parsley and 1/4tsp salt.
Step 3
Strip leaves off cavolo nero (discard stalks) and slice thickly.
Step 4
Return wok to heat with remaining oil and the orange juice. Bring to boil, add cavolo nero, sautéing for 3min until wilted slightly. Transfer to warm serving dish and scatter over breadcrumb mixture. Serve.
