No Cook Black Forest Pots

Ingredients
- 2
x 426g tins cherries, drained
- 4 Tbsp.
cherry jam
- 300 ml
double cream
- 1 Tbsp.
Kirsch
- 1 Tbsp.
icing sugar
crumbled brownie and grated chocolate, to serve
Directions
- Step 1
Reserve a few cherries to garnish each pot and set aside. In a large bowl mix the remaining cherries with the jam.
- Step 2
In a large bowl lightly whip the cream with the kirsch and icing sugar. Crumble brownie into the bottom of 6 jars.
- Step 3
Layer the cream and cherries on top of the brownies, and scatter each pot with a few of the reserved cherries, grated chocolate and more brownie pieces.
