Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. In a large bowl, stir together porridge oats, oat or wheat bran, almonds and seeds.

In a small pan, bring the oil, honey and sugar to the boil, stirring regularly until combined. Take off the heat, stir in the vanilla, then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and combine.
Step 3
Divide the oat mixture between two baking trays and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25-30min, stirring halfway through, until golden. Allow to cool completely on the baking tray, sprinkle over the raisins, then transfer granola to an airtight container.
Step 4
Serve the layered granola with yogurt, berries and honey.
