Put the chilli oil in a medium-sized shallow bowl. Add the soy sauce, honey, garlic and chilli and stir well. Add the strips of beef and toss in the marinade.

Heat the sunflower oil in a wok over a high heat until it is very hot. Cook the strips of beef in two batches, then remove them from the pan and set to one side. Wipe the pan with kitchen paper to remove any residue.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, mangetout, red pepper and 2tbsp water. Stir-fry for 5-6min until starting to soften. Return the beef to the pan to heat through. Serve with: rice or soba noodles - you'll need 50g (2oz), uncooked, per person.
