Ingredients
2-3 tbsp elderflower cordial
200g
caster sugar
4
gelatine leaves
150g
raspberries
150g
seedless grapes
Directions
Step 1
Put the elderflower cordial into a large pan. Add 750ml water and the caster sugar. Heat gently, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5min. Lift out the gelatine, squeeze out the excess water, then add the liquid to the pan.
Step 3
Stir to dissolve, then strain into a jug. Divide the raspberries and the halved seedless grapes among six 200ml (7fl oz) glass dishes. Pour in the liquid. Chill for at least 4hr or overnight.
