We've turned the much loved rocky road into an Easter bundt cake!
It's so simple, it just requires microwaving both plain and milk chocolate with butter, and then folding through golden syrup, sultanas, prunes, pistachios and shortbread and topping the whole thing with mini eggs.
Then chill in the fridge for five hours and you have a chocolate fridge cake perfect for Easter or any other occasion.

Ingredients
150g
(5oz) each plain and milk chocolate, broken into pieces
100g
(3½oz) unsalted butter
50g
(2oz) golden syrup
150g
(5oz) sultanas
150g
(5oz) ready-to-eat prunes, chopped
75g
(3oz) pistachios
200g
(7oz) shortbread, roughly crushed
Mini chocolate Easter eggs, to decorate
Directions
Step 1
Line a 26cm Bundt tin with two layers of clingfilm, leaving excess hanging over the sides. Pour the mini eggs in a single layer into the base of it. Set aside
Step 2
Put the chocolates and butter into a large, microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30sec bursts until melted and smooth. Stir in the syrup, fruit and nuts. Next, carefully fold in the shortbread. Spoon mixture over the top of the mini eggs into the prepared tin and freeze for 2hr or chill in the fridge until set (about 5hrs).
Step 3
Remove from the freezer or fridge 20min before cutting into slices.
