Ingredients
For the bake
2Tbsp.
sesame oil

plain flour

large eggs

white cabbage, core removed and finely shredded

Cheddar, coarsely grated

spring onions, finely sliced
For the sauce

ketchup
1tsp.
runny honey
1tsp.

Directions
Step 1Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan) mark 7. For the bake, pour the oil into a roughly 25 x 30cm non-stick roasting tin and put into the oven to preheat for 5min.
Step 2Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix the flour and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the centre, add the eggs and stir gently to combine, adding 150ml water to create a smooth batter.
Step 3Mix in the cabbage, Cheddar, soy and most of the spring onions. Add mixture to the hot tin and spread to level. Return to the oven for 30min, or until golden and cooked through.
Step 4Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix all the sauce ingredients until combined. Set aside.
Step 5Remove tin from the oven and leave to cool for 5min. Sprinkle over the remaining spring onions, drizzle over the sauce and serve.
