- 1/2 Tbsp.
hot chilli powder
- 40 g
light brown soft sugar
- 1/2 tsp.
garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp.
onion powder
- 3 Tbsp.
sweet smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp.
chilli flakes
- 2 tsp.
ground cumin
- 2 tsp.
dried oregano
- 2 tsp.
dried thyme
- 2 tsp.
salt
Directions
- Step 1Mix hot chilli powder, light brown soft sugar, garlic granules, onion powder, sweet smoked paprika, chilli flakes and ground cumin, dried oregano, dried thyme and salt. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
