Ingredients
200g
butter, plus extra to grease
150g
demerara sugar
50g
golden syrup
300g
rolled jumbo oats
100g
mixed seeds
100g
dried berries, we used cranberries, strawberries and goji
Directions
Step 1Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan) mark 5. Grease and line a 20.5cm square tin with baking parchment. Melt the butter in a large pan over low heat. Add the sugar and golden syrup and heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
Step 2Remove pan from heat and stir in the oats, mixed seeds and berries. Press into tin and bake for 15-20min, until lightly golden. Leave to cool before cutting into squares.
To Store Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
