Ingredients
500g
white chocolate, roughly chopped
397g
tin condensed milk
154g
pack Oreo sandwich biscuits, roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1Line the base and sides of a 20.5cm square tin with baking parchment.
Step 2Put the white chocolate and condensed milk in a large heatproof bowl. Set over a pan of barely simmering water and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until completely melted and smooth.
Step 3Add 3/4 of the chopped biscuits and stir briefly until biscuits are evenly distributed.
Step 4Scrape mixture into the prepared tin, smooth to level with a spatula. Working quickly before it starts to set, scatter over the remaining biscuits. Chill for 2hr, or until set.
Step 5Using the baking parchment to help, lift fudge out of the tin and cut into 2.5cm squares. Serve.
To store
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (the biscuits will soften after 2 days but still taste great).
