Ingredients
16
chicken drumsticks
2Tbsp.
olive oil
2
garlic cloves, crushed
3Tbsp.
runny honey
3Tbsp.
soy sauce
2Tbsp.
Dijon mustard
Directions
1 Put drumsticks into a large food bag and add remaining ingredients and some seasoning. Mix in the bag, close, chill and leave to marinate for at least 3hr, ideally overnight. 2 If barbecuing, cook chicken over low heat for 30min, covering with a lid if your barbecue has one, turning frequently and brushing with any remaining marinade for the first 20min of cooking. Check chicken is cooked through. 3 If not barbecuing, preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan) mark 7. Empty contents of food bag into a large roasting tin and cook in oven for 30min, turning occasionally, until sticky and cooked through.
