Step 1Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain, reserving a cupful of cooking water.
Step 2Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 1min. Add the prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5min, or until the prawns are pink and cooked through. Stir in the lemon zest and rocket and cook for 1min.
Step 3Add the pasta and about 125ml reserved cooking water to the prawn pan, tossing until glossy and combined. Stir through the parsley and season with some salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Divide between 4 bowls and serve.
