fine green beans, trimmed
walnuts, chopped
Comté cheese, shaved
Dijon mustard
white wine vinegar
olive oil
shallot, finely sliced
Get ahead:
Make dressing up to a day ahead. Cover and chill. Cook beans up to a day ahead, cool in icy water. Drain, cover and chill. To serve warm, reheat beans in a pan of boiling water for 1min, drain and complete recipe. Or simply complete recipe to serve at room temperature.
