Ingredients
Flour tortillas and green wraps
Mozzarella
Warmed marinara or pesto, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Cut out skull shapes from flour tortillas and green wraps. (For each pizzadilla, you will need 2 skulls.) For each pair, cut holes for eyes, nose, and teeth in 1 tortilla.
- Step 2Working over a flame, char tortillas with holes.
- Step 3Place non-charred skulls on baking sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with charred skulls and roast at 400ºF until cheese melts. Transfer to platter or board and serve with warmed marinara or pesto.
