Use store-bought cookies and candies to create a delicious colony of bats.

Ingredients

Chocolate Cupcakes
Vanilla Buttercream
Gel food coloring, to color frosting
Chocolate peanut butter cup minis (such as Reeses)
Chocolate Sandwich Cookie Thins (such as Oreos)
Royal Icing
Candy eyeballs
Toothpicks

Directions

1. Step 1Bake cupcakes as directed and let cool. Prepare buttercream and tint desired colors.
2. Step 2Gently skewer chocolate peanut butter cups with toothpicks. Twist chocolate sandwich cookie thins in half; scrape off and discard the cream. Cut each cookie in half, then use royal icing to attach the cookie “wings” and candy eyeballs to chocolate peanut butter cup “bodies”.
