Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 lb. asparagus spears
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper
- 1/2 medium onion
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Step 2Spray baking sheet with fat-free cooking spray. Place asparagus pieces on baking sheet.
- Step 3Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Sprinkle on cheese, garlic salt and pepper; toss well. Top with sliced red onion.
- Step 4Bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy.
