Prepare for the onslaught of effusive compliments headed your way — this creamy no-bake treat is just that good. Layers of cinnamon graham crackers, chocolate pudding, and vanilla pudding meld into a sliceable “cake” with an overnight rest in the fridge. It’s finished with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon-spiked cocoa powder for the dreamiest dessert ever.

Ingredients

  • 1

    2- to 3-oz. box cook-and-serve chocolate pudding

  • 4 cups

    whole milk, divided (for puddings)

  • 1

    14-oz. box cinnamon graham crackers

  • 1

    2- to 3-oz. box cook-and-serve vanilla pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups

    heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp.

    confectioners’ sugar 

  • 1/4 tsp.

    fine sea salt 

  • 1/2 Tbsp.

    unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp.

    ground cinnamon

Directions

  • 1. Prepare chocolate pudding per pkg. directions.

    2. Meanwhile, in 9- by 13-in. baking dish, arrange 1 layer of graham crackers in bottom, breaking as needed to cover entire dish (6 to 7 crackers total). Spread chocolate pudding evenly over graham crackers. 

    3. Prepare vanilla pudding per pkg. directions. 

    4. Meanwhile, arrange second layer of graham crackers over chocolate pudding, breaking as necessary (7 to 8 crackers total). Spread vanilla pudding evenly over graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, up to 2 days. 

    5. When ready to serve, using electric mixer, beat heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar and salt until soft peaks form, 1 to 11/2 min. Spread evenly over vanilla pudding. Using fine-mesh sieve, sift cocoa powder and cinnamon over whipped cream.
