Sprinkle sweet melted chocolate with freeze-dried fruit for a tart and colorful topping.

Ingredients

Good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Directions

Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Spoon into piping bag or resealable bag with corner snipped off. Pipe quarter-size rounds onto nonstick baking mat and top with crushed strawberries, as desired. Let set.
