This classic cocktail is fruity but not too sweet, for when you’re craving something tropical but refined.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    white rum

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    unsweetened pineapple juice

  • 1 tsp.

    maraschino liqueur 

  • 1/4 tsp.

    grenadine

  • Cherry, for serving

Directions

    1. Step 1In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake rum, pineapple juice, liqueur, and grenadine.
    2. Step 2Strain into a coup and serve with a cherry.
