Ingredients
- 3 cups melon chunks
- 2 tsp. oil
- tsp. salt
- tsp. pepper
- 3 slice cooked bacon
- 4 basil leaves
Directions
- Step 1Prepare grill for direct grilling on medium-high.
- Step 2Thread chunks onto skewers. Brush skewers with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Grill 3 minutes, turning over once. Top with crumbled bacon basil.
